The Hugo Häffner Group (Asperg) forces its way in Eastern Europe - distribution by the acquisition of the companies Jakota Bohemia spol. s.r.o. in Prague and Jakota s.r.o. in Bratislava.
In the mean time Jakota Bulgaria Ltd. (Sofia) will be taken over as a representative office, so that an important step towards becoming a long-term partner of the chemical industry in the distribution for this region has been made.
The product range - with a logistics centre in Melnik (40 km north of Prague) - is created according to the glass, ceramic(s) -, rubber and cleaning industries as well as, with exclusive agencies, for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
