| 16.08.2006 - HACHEMIE TO INCREASE Off-LIST PRICING ON BORON CHEMICALS |
| Hamburg, July 6th, 2006 – Hachemie GmbH – the Hamburg based international marketing and distribution company and Member of the HugoHäffner-Group, Asperg - announced today on behalf of their principal Quiborax Ltda., Santiago de Chile that effective August,1st 2006, or as contracts permit, an additional increase for the off-list pricing on all Boron chemicals will be valid. Prices will increase by 5 percent on ex stock basis. The price increase is necessary to offset the continued increase in the costs of raw materials, energy and transportation.

| 08.09.2005 - Wieland invests in the future |
On the occasion of the fair "Transport Logistics 2005" in Munich the partners of the Hugo Häffner Holding (Asperg) decided to invest into new fuel depot capacities for Ad Blue in Pforzheim.
As initial member of the working group Ad Blue service and selling partner of the BASF AG, (Ludwigshafen) for Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz and Baden-Württemberg, we already participate to the growth of the SCR exhaust technology for commercial motor vehicles with diesel engines` market.
Through the supply of Ad Blue we support, together with the BASF AG, the initiative for the reduction of the exhaust gas values (EURO 5 will be valid in 2009).
Further advantages for the customers are, apart from the environment aspects, savings on Diesel and taxes. Already today Dr. Wieland supplies its customers with standard packaging of 10 - 1000 L and offers system approaches with withdrawal systems as well as service stations for commercial and public use.
Almost 105 years ago, the company "Dr. Th. Wieland" was created as "need department" of the gold and silver treatment plants. Since 1999 it is also recognized as a company specialized in disposal and thus able to handle all processes from the distribution to the recycling of chemicals.

| 31.07.2005 - Good ranking for the firm at the |
This year again 3 teams of the Hugo Häffner group have participated to the annual "HEW Cyclassics" in Hamburg. Teams were enrolled on the 55 and 100km races.
This weekend is not only a way to further strengthen connections between the different branch offices, but it is also a good way to encourage a common sporty team spirit.
Results for 2005 were a 4th place in the firm ranking (176 companies) and for the team Hugo Häffner 1. a 10th place in the team ranking (428 teams).

| 15.07.2005 - Success also in the sports area |
For the first time in 100 years of existence of the Hugo Häffner GmbH, the company`s new soccer team, composed of employees, former and also still active district and national league players, successfully participated to its first tournament.
At the beginning of July our team sensationally, and for all experts unexpectedly, managed to reach the 2nd Place of the ExxonMobil Chemical tournament (,, 3. Gummibärchen Cup '' ) in Cologne.
Already at the beginning of the tournament the team, formed around captain Nicole Raisch, had a tough game and was qualified thanks to an undecided scoreless match against the later winner of the competition and a victory 3 to 0 to the favourite. However in the last game, due to the bad injury of Marc Elison the rhythm decreased and the team lost in the very last seconds of the match. The team wishes Marc a quick recovery without further complications.
This great result naturally encouraged us to consider other participations to such tournaments and we will be pleased to welcome other colleagues in our team.

| 24.02.2005 - THE HUGO HÄFFNER GROUP - EASTERN EUROPE IN FOCUS |
| The Hugo Häffner Group (Asperg) forces its way in Eastern Europe - distribution by the acquisition of the companies Jakota Bohemia spol. s.r.o. in Prague and Jakota s.r.o. in Bratislava.
In the mean time Jakota Bulgaria Ltd. (Sofia) will be taken over as a representative office, so that an important step towards becoming a long-term partner of the chemical industry in the distribution for this region has been made.
The product range - with a logistics centre in Melnik (40 km north of Prague) - is created according to the glass, ceramic(s) -, rubber and cleaning industries as well as, with exclusive agencies, for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. |
